Come and join an up and coming specialist civils and structures contractor that is offering full autonomy over a portfolio of projects!

A family-owned, expanding contractor that operates within the London area has identified the need to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a portfolio of work, which is specialist subcontract work for main contractors on build and refurbishment projects.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your duties will be:

• Attend meetings with the Contracts Manager and Directors
• Take full Commercial control of all assigned projects
• Be a leader of the Commercial team

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a 7+ year structured career history working on specialist structural alterations and civils schemes.
