The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator to join a leading general building contractor. With their head office in London and offices throughout the UK, this organisation has established itself amongst the top building companies delivering high quality construction projects across a range of sectors.

These include Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Education, Industrial, Residential, and Healthcare and their projects range from traditional building contracts, fit out, new builds and renovations, to the design and build of large scale landmark developments. Initially the role will see you working on Residential and Commercial projects in London, up to £20m in value.

Required:

• Main contractor background
• 6+ years’ relevant experience
• Residential and commercial experience
• Experience using coins/cubit/buildsoft software

This opportunity offers the chosen Senior Estimator a generous salary as well as a car or car allowance, pension, healthcare and travel and work expenses will be covered.
