Senior Engineer

Location: Chambers Wharf, South East London (SE16 4XR)

Pay: £440 per day

• Are you a senior engineer that wants to work on the prestigious £604m Thames Tideway Tunnel Project?
• Do you have experience working on tunnelling projects?

About the role:

As the Senior Engineer you will be responsible to your Site Agent for the execution of your individual responsibilities. Which include:

• Providing professional support to the project team and the staff under your control
• Maintaining a good working relationship with client, third party and associated personnel
• Being conversant with works information documents, programmes, specifications, and related information for these works manage and control your section of the work according to agreed programmes
• Ensuring that appropriate cover is provided during your absences from work.
• Handing over your duties to a delegate colleague to be agreed with your line Manager.

• Construction safely delivered to programme
• Construction delivered within budgets and targets
• Timely, detailed and accurate delivery
• Personal development of all staff

Qualifications:

• Degree or equivalent level qualification in a construction management subject
• SMSTS card
• CSCS Card
• Working towards membership of a professional body.
