Are you a Senor Design Manager with a passion for leading high-value residential projects? Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Senior Design Manager to take the helm on a range of multi-million pound developments. As the Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process for a portfolio of prestigious residential projects. Your proactive approach and in-depth knowledge of building regulations will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of these high-profile developments. You will work closely with the project team to drive the design process forward, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading the design of large-scale residential projects, with a strong understanding of Building Regs compliance. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of designers and engineers. A proactive and driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making will be essential in this role.
