This Housing Association is looking for an experienced Building Surveyor, preferably Chartered to join their dynamic team delivering improvement schemes. The chosen Senior Building Surveyor will manage improvement works and fire related remedial works, managing a team of Consultants to deliver detailed projects.

You will need a wide range of specialist skills including building surveying, project management and budgetary control.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have:

• Minimum 2 years proven senior experience

• Must have experience with fire related remedial works

• Driving licence

Up to £55,000 salary with a fuel allowance, plus a bonus. There is also private health care.
