The right Architect is an excellent communicator as the position requires you be client facing and managing small teams. 

The right candidate: 

- Specialist in RIBA 0-3.
- Experience with dealing with housing associations and local authorities.
- Knowledge on design codes of primary and secondary educational projects.
- Ideally, UK trained and qualified.
- 5years + industry experience or 3 years post part III or ARB.

- Experienced in managing small teams.
- Client facing.
- AutoCAD 
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Adobe Packages
