About this opportunity:
The Section Engineers ensure all Construction related activities are executed to the highest running standards.
As the business continues to grow and develop, this organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Section Engineer to provide engineering support to the Site Management team.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
• Undertake Surveying and setting out duties.
• Plan the work and efficiently organise site operations in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines.
• Supervise and monitor the site labour force and monitor the work of any sub-contractors.
• Introduce improvements and innovation where appropriate to areas of responsibility.
• Other duties as required by the Site Manager to facilitate construction of the works
Minimum requirements:
•Demonstrate previous experience in a Section Engineer role
• Demonstrate previous experience of working on Highways projects Health & Safety Essential
• Health & Safety Induction Including Management System
• CSR/SAFEPASS/CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
