The ideal candidate will possess:

• A strong background in health and safety, preferably within the construction or demolition sectors.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualifications.
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and advise staff at all levels.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
