This leading utility solutions provider serving the energy, gas, water, local authority and commercial sectors is looking for a Reinstatement Manager to join them - Is that YOU? 

UP TO £39,000 Inc. (Package* Company Van, Discretionary Bonus, Company pension at 3%, 28 days holiday (Increasing by 1 yearly)

With over 20 years in the industry, the long standing reputation of this company in the highways and reinstatement sectors has put them in the specialist contractor category. With a business plan in place for expansion and with them winning another prestigious contract recently, the sky is the limit here and it may well be just the time to get on board with them. 

There is now an exciting opportunity for YOU to join this established company as Reinstatement Manager in Sevenoaks where you will be reporting into the Area Contracts Manager.

The ideal Reinstatement Manager will have proven experience within the reinstatement or Highway Sector, will also have experience of managing diverse teams or workforce as well as experience of working on sites and in an office environment. The chosen Reinstatement Manager will also need to be familiar with Works Management Systems.

Duties:

  • Developing relationships with your teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure full compliance with current legislation and ensure relevant specifications are achieved by the Manager and teams within their area of responsibility.
  • Support the resolution, where required of Customer enquiries, ensuring these are managed and handled in line with company policy/procedures.
  • Ensure all work within area of responsibility is delivered in line with Contractual agreements/specifications and agreed KPI’s.
  • Safety critical role, ensure SHEQ regulations are met and implemented in a strict manor.

Qualifications:

  • SMSTS, IOSH or equivalent. (Desirable)
  • NRSWA Supervisors Qualification (Essential)
  • NRSWA Operative Qualification (Desirable)
  • EUSR – Passport (Essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
