Reactive Surveyor - London - N

An exciting opportunity for a Reactive Surveyor in the maintenance team for a North London based Registered Social Landlord (RSL)!

This role is working for a well-known forward thinking RSL in North London who treat their staff well and recognise the importance and value of temporary staff.

The role will pay £25 per hour and will see you taking responsibility for defect diagnosis and supervising repairs to a varied stock of social housing. Initially a 3 month contract is on offer however this is expected to be extended for the right individual. 

The duties of the role will be:

• Pre and post inspections of stock
• Management of contractors ensuring that works are done to the highest possible standard
• Handling complaints in a professional manner  
• Fault finding and diagnoses of repairs

Essentials Criteria:

• The candidate will need 5 years' experience working within construction 
• To have worked as a maintenance surveyor
• Experience of handling contractors and ensuring that they are performing to the highest level
