RC Frame Site / Construction Manager - London - W

Are you a Site / Construction Manager with RC Frame experience?

Do you have proven experience in working on major multi-million pound building projects?

Are you looking for an exciting position to work on a £100m highly prestigious residential development, with a leading developer?

As Site / Construction Manager your position will involve you being responsible for coordinating subcontractors, managing health & safety procedures and writing method statements.

You should have previous experience as a Site / Construction Manager within a main / principle contractor or sub-contractor working with reinforced concrete. A proven track record of leading quality and safety along with excellent communication and client facing skills will be required.

Essential criteria:

RC Frames project experience

Project experience £30m +

SMSTS, CSCS

Desirable criteria:

Degree qualified
