Quantity Surveyor (Rail)

Salary:  to £55k + package + bonus

Based:  East London / Docklands

About the Project:

• £28m Depot Project
• Project will be NEC Option C

About the Role:

• Require a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor. 
• The role will see you work closely with the Project Commercial Manager
• See you take commercial control of key packages of work.  

About You:

• Ability to manage change, and understand key contractual issues that come with NEC Option C
• Able to work independently and take a lead in contract negotiations, variations and change during the cycle of the project
• Have a structured career history within the rail and infrastructure sectors
