 A well-known Tier 1 civils contractor currently on the back end of an extensive, large scale Utilities project that is likely to be extended for a further 5 years is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. With lots of progression opportunity, you would be working as part of a friendly and hardworking team.

The contracts are to run general repairs and maintenance to reduce supply and are to the large sum of £1 billion in total. Lots of low value, high volume (LVHV) work is to be taken out and they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has the experience to deal with this kind of work. Utilities experience and knowledge is desired but also, someone with a civils background in LVHV would be considered.

The Successful Quantity Surveyor will possess the following:

• Low Value, High Volume Civils experience
• Structured Career History
• Experience dealing with large projects
• Pro-active attitude
