The Company:

After forming almost 50 years ago, this specialist civils contractor has developed a network of clients within the water sector in which they deliver infrastructure schemes across the South East. These can range between £500k-15m and are made up of framework agreements and assigned projects. They pride themselves on their ‘family-feel’ and committing to delivering quality.

The Role:

They are looking for someone that has the ability to take full commercial control over assigned projects, attend client meetings and also play an integral member of an expanding Commercial team. This team is led by a forward-thinking, experienced Manager that has built a proven record for developing ambitious individuals into first-class Quantity Surveyors. Your projects will be assigned as ‘principal contractor’ and run using the NEC form of contract

The Ideal Individual:

• 4+ years’ experience working on civils projects
• NEC contract experience
• Ability to work under own direction
