The opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-respected principle contractor based in London. With their main office in Essex, this organisation has recently opened a new office in Central London due to continued company growth.

Initially the role will see you reporting into the experienced Commercial Director whilst working on a number of new build and refurbishments of luxury high end car dealerships including BMW and Lamborghini!

This position will enable you to be part of a well-respected organisation offering excellent career opportunities for their employees driven to succeed. Whilst working on varied projects you will have the ability to develop your own portfolio and excel in your career in construction.

Required:

• Varied background in construction
• 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Fit out / refurb experience essential
• Degree qualified or equivalent
