Quantity Surveyor - London - C

A Project Quantity Surveyor is required for a £4m civils and road contract in Central London, duration in the region of 12 months. 

Daily tasks will involve:

• Familiar with NEC / JCT / ICC forms of contract
• Subcontract management and procurement
• Monthly cost / value reports
• Site measurements
• Monthly client valuations
• Managing / valuing variations
• Excel / Word proficient

The role will see you work closely with the Site Manager and Engineer.  Experience in managing these type of accounts is essential as is the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment with the team.
