The opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a leading general building contractor to be based in Hertfordshire. With all projects based in and around London, initially the role will see you working on fit out and refurbishment projects including several schemes for a high end retailer.  

This well-established main contractor specialises in delivering new build, refurbishment and fit out projects. Undertaking projects from £100,000 to £10m under Traditional and Design and Build contracts, they have an experienced management team with a proven track record in delivering quality buildings that exceed client’s expectations.

With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, this opportunity will enable you to join a leading organisation ensuring you will build your own portfolio whilst expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Fit out/refurbishment experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent
