The opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established sub-contractor that specialises in providing plastering, dry lining, render and secondary steel framing services to commercial customers including offices, schools, hospitals, hotels and universities. They work on a variety of different sized projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £5m.

With excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans, this opportunity will enable you to join a well-established organisation ensuring you will build your own portfolio whilst expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• 4+ years relevant experience
• Plastering and/or dry lining experience is essential
