This World leading civil infrastructure contractor are renowned for their civil engineering, building and industrial construction projects and are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them!

Established over 9 decades ago this contractor have achieved international recognition for their design and construction of exceptional projects, commonly within large-scale transportation Infrastructure. The company has an excellent career progression platform that offers long term prospects backed with the option to always work on varied and interesting infrastructure contracts, the chosen Quantity Surveyor will be a valued member of part of a multibillion pound organisation!

Due to increased need to extend Heathrow’s delivery capacity, a major portfolio of work is about to commence with this company. The work consists of varying civils contracts, all being delivered under the NEC contract. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with NEC experience to join them as an integral member of their team.

The contracts will initially range in value from £20 – 100m, however with the new expansion planned those schemes can be anything up to £2b per project size.  This role will see you working under the guidelines of an experienced Senior Commercial Manager, managing key packages of work.

Key criteria for the role will be the following:

• NEC experience
• Ability to measure works
• Able to produce a Bill of Quantities
• Estimating exposure
• Sub-contract procurement
• Good client interfacing skills
• Commercially astute
• Looking for a role with progression, will suit a Surveyor with a dynamic outlook
• Within a comfortable commute of Heathrow
