• Are you a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience in the civils/infrastructure sector?
• Can you successfully oversee your own portfolio of work as Quantity Surveyor?
• Do you live local to Heathrow?

• A specialist civils and rail contractor is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a £2m framework contract alongside several small civils packages.
• This is a company who has a remarkably low staff turnover level and has a key progression plan for their commercial team.
• Quantity Surveyor applicants must have previous experience in the rail or civils/infrastructure sector and have the ability to oversee their own portfolio of work.
• Please note that this Quantity Surveyor position can either be paid as a day rate or salary.
