• Quantity Surveyor required to join a leading contractor who specialises within the infrastructure sector.
• Elevate your career to new heights with a leading contractor renowned for its expertise in the infrastructure sector. This prestigious contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to become an integral part of their dynamic team.
• As Quantity Surveyor you will be at the forefront of high-profile projects, applying your knowledge in Highways and Building refurbishment to deliver excellence. The ideal Quantity Surveyor will possess a robust background in Quantity Surveying within the infrastructure realm, coupled with a proven track record in Highways and Building refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on cost management and project forecasting
• Oversee contract administration, ensuring compliance and maximising profitability
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery from inception to completion
• Drive continuous improvement in cost control and procurement strategies

Essential Skills & Experience:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification (RICS/CIOB)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the infrastructure sector
• Proficient in Highways and Building refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent negotiation skills
• Adept in the use of industry-standard software and methodologies
