• Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the civils sector?
• Have you worked on projects including S278 & S38 schemes?
• Would you consider yourself as a well-versed individual with the NEC form of contract?

• A widely-respected general civils and infrastructure contractor is looking to recruit a new Quantity Surveyor to their tight knit commercial team in a regional office in Kent.
• This is to work on newly secured civils schemes which the majority involves S278 and S38 works.
• Quantity Surveyor applicants must have previous civils experience, and ideally have delivered S278 and S38 schemes. NEC contract experience is also a necessity, along with being qualified to degree standard.
• This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who doesn’t necessarily want to work for a tier 1 contractor, but more of a regional specialist with a top name in their niche.
