Quantity Surveyor (Rail)

Rate:  £50k + package

Based:  NW London (NW10)

About The Role:

An established London rail and civils contractor with an outstanding reputation in the industry requires a Quantity Surveyor to joint he team.  They have several projects they have recently been awarded with LUL, DLR and HS2 along with a new £10m per annum rail framework in SE London.  The Quantity Surveyor will report into the Lead Commercial Manager and take full commercial control of their project.

Experience Required:

• A good understanding and background in NEC
• Excellent client interfacing skills
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
• Thorough and process like in how you operate as a Quantity Surveyor
• Be able to work well within a team
• Previous experience of working with clients like TFL, Network Rail or DLR would be beneficial
