Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Salary:  £55k + package

Based:  North London (N18)

About the Company:

An exciting Quantity Surveyor position is on offer with one of the leading infrastructure contractors in the UK.  They have been involved in some of the most important projects ever built in the UK and continue to secure some of the most sought-after schemes. 

About the Project:

A Quantity Surveyor is required to take up a key role on a major regeneration contract.  Our client will be delivering all the civils for the scheme, with the initial phase being £100m+.  The works will comprise of heavy infrastructure, earthworks, remediation, utilities and bridges.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Manager in overseeing key packages of the contract.  For daily specifics on the duties I have a detailed job spec.

Ideal Background:

• Have a background in delivering civils projects
• Strong NEC experience
• Structured career history
• Procurement experience beneficial, not essential
