About the Company:
A commercially astute Quantity Surveyor is required for this dynamic and highly regarded specialist civils contractor.  Their project portfolio ranges from groundworks, structures and hard landscaping schemes with values up to £40m.  The civils division is delivering schemes on the likes of HS2, Heathrow and Thames Tideway.

About the Project and Role:
Our clients exposure of work is to deliver £10m worth of structures and re-alignment of a road and bridge to enable a pedestrianised area in the City of London.  The scheme is nearly half way through and our client seeks a Quantity Surveyor to take commercial control to deliver the remainder on the project.

About You:

• Have a NEC civils background
• Structured career history with established UK contractors
• Ideally have worked with a Tier 2 contractor
• Good client interfacing skills
• Able to work well with the Project Management and Engineering Teams
