An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the industry’s leading principle contractors. While reporting into the Commercial Manager, initially this role will see you working on a Decent Homes Framework project that is due to go on for 5 years.

For more than 6 decades, this organisation has specialised in providing high-quality internal and external refurbishment within the Housing, Education, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. They are experts in delivering Decent Homes programmes, and planned and cyclical maintenance across London and the South-East. As well as Construction, they also operate across three other divisions, Roofing, Repairs & Maintenance and Renew.

Ideal Quantity Surveyor will:

• Have Decent Homes experience
• Experience dealing with Sub Contractors + clients
• Clean driving license
