Quantity Surveyor (RC Structures & Civils)

Salary:  to £65k + bonus + travel + private medical

Based:  Central London

An exciting opening has developed within the RC Structures and civils division of this outstanding contractor.  With a current project portfolio of major schemes being delivered in London on £100m + packages, they have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to form an integral part on a prestigious Mixed Use development in Central London. 

The role will see you support a lead Commercial Manager and oversee some key packages of work.  The project values will range from £25 – 150m and 80% of them will be Central London based.  Nature of works will range from complex demolition, excavation and basement through to major RC structures.

Required criteria:

• 6 + years relevant experience
• Civils or RC structure experience
• Commercially astute, with the ability to find commercial opportunities over the duration of the scheme
• Strong eye for detail
• Able to work independently
• Team player
