A heavyweight in the utility contracting sector are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in North London to work on a portfolio of ongoing water contracts. With works for major clients set to continue for the AMP7 period, expanding their team is paramount to delivering the projects on time.

The Quantity Surveyor will join a team of seasoned professionals of ranging career levels where you would be working under the guidance of a Commercial Manager who has a proven track record of developing the careers of Quantity Surveyors. Various water projects on both planned and responsive maintenance works, as well as general infrastructure works being a possible part of your portfolio.

Requirements for the chosen Quantity Surveyor: 

• NEC Contract experience
• Previous experience in the Utility sector would be preferred.
• Comfortable commute to North London
• Degree educated (or equivalent)
