This award winning contractor has been awarded the initial RC and groundworks package on a high end mixed use scheme in Waterloo. They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of this ambitious project.  As the chosen Quantity Surveyor you will be required to support the Lead Quantity Surveyor on the project doing strategic commercial tasks along with taking on a hands on approach that will initially see you on site doing measurements and calculations for the works to be delivered.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will need to possess strong analytical skills and possess the initiative to work under your own direction when required.
