After successful tendering in recent times, they have identified the need to recruit two Quantity Surveyors to deliver the commercial function over set portfolios of work. These will be projects ranging between £250k-10m. The successful Quantity Surveyors will be working under their own direction operating closely with the Project Manager and will report to a driven Commercial Director. This Commercial Director is a devoted individual that is keen to realise the full potential of his team and committed to full training and development. Realistic career prospects are also on offer with successful performance leading to the possibility of being promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor in the next two years.
