Come and work on a £55m new build project for a leading Contractor and Developer recognised for its impeccable reputation!

This is an opportunity for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join a leading organisation to work on a 6 – 12 week scheme with the possibility of extension. Whilst reporting to the experienced Principle Surveyor, the role will see you working on a £55m new build development based in Lambeth, Central London.

Required:

• Experience working on New Build projects
• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent
• 4 – 6 years relevant experience
