One of the nation’s top utilities contractors is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to take full autonomy over a £2.5m clean water scheme. This project is running for 6 months.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have the ability to lead the commercial function of a utilities project over the value of £2m without any supervision. At least 5 years’ experience using the NEC form of contract would also be advantageous.

With successful performance, there is a high likelihood that you will be kept on to lead the infrastructure work of a large framework contract which is built up of 3-4 £1m+ projects per annum.
