A family-run, specialist groundworks and civils contractor has identified the need to recruit a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving commercial team and lead a portfolio of civils projects. These are generally groundworks and civils packages within the basement, housing, retail, industrial, highways and commercial environments.

As a Quantity Surveyor, your duties will be to:

• Oversee a portfolio of projects valued between £200k-10m each
• Undertake measurements and takeoffs
• Assist the business to build new relationships

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have a structured career history with a minimum of two years within the groundworks sector. A proven ability to undertake measurements is also a must.

With consistent growth in turnover, this business has just recently moved into a new, larger office that they converted themselves. They have continuous ambitions to grow as an organisation and they are looking to recruit like-minded, motivated individuals that are looking for an opportunity to be invested in and in return grow with the business.
