This is the largest demolition contractor who started out as specialist demolition contractors and now work in a variety of different sectors on projects worth up to £30m. They are in need of a Quantity Surveyor to come in and oversee the commercial functions of several projects within the Civil Engineering, Remediation and Demolition sectors using your NEC experience and civils background and eventually have the chance to work on one of the largest framework contracts to date in the UK. You could have the opportunity to play a pivotal role with the largest demolition contractor in helping them remain the biggest and the best.
Required:
The opportunity is to join the leading demolition contractors and work on a variety of projects that range from £500K to £30m in a number of different sectors. You will work alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor to ensure everything within the project runs smoothly, on time and within budget on larger projects, but also be given the sole responsibility to take on smaller projects within the largest framework contract in the UK to date. The Commercial Director has expressed a passion to bring on new staff to help the business grow as well as allowing the individual to enhance their careers to new heights.
