£20,000-£35,000 + package - Groundworks - Surveying

Come and join an expanding independently owned civils contractor that offers top-standard on the job professional development!

An independently owned specialist civils and groundworks contractor is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor at a Trainee/ Graduate/ Junior level due to a recent increase in workload and strategic plans to expand their commercial team.

The Company:

• Expanding organisation that works with a variety of main contractors providing groundworks/excavation solutions

• Has built a strong reputation for training and developing junior staff

• Specialise in schemes within housing, commercial, highways, education, etc.

The Role:

• Assist a Senior/Project Quantity Surveyor in managing a portfolio of work up to £10m in value

• Oversee all project admin

• Attend site visits on a regular basis

The Ideal Individual:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent)

• Ambitious attitude

• A desire to join a specialist, close-knit civils contractor
