Quantity Surveyor (Utilities) - London - W

A leading utility provider has identified the need to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the maintenance of one of the UK’s landmarks to work as a stand alone Quantity Surveyor taking full autonomy over a highly recognised site.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties will be:

• Work closely with contractors ensuring that all work is complete to deadline and quality standards
• Manage all monthly valuations and payment applications
• Oversee final accounts in accordance to government requirements

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have a 5+ year structured career history within the utilities sector demonstrating the ability to operate under their own direction. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management would also be advantageous.
