Quantity Surveyor (Road and Civils) - London - C

One of the UK’s leading highways contractors seeks a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join their team!

This award winning contractor has a £2.5m link road along with a 278 works project that requires commercial management.  Key areas to oversee will be the sub-contract management, general administration of the NEC contract and managing the change control. As the chosen Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure the project is delivered on time and within the commercial targets set.

Experience in the following will be required for the role:

- Roads or highways experience

- Strong NEC background

- Ability to work independently

- Structured career history

- Can start within 2 weeks and commit to at least 6 months
