Freelance:  to £375 per day

Based:  South West London

Major RC Frame contractor seeks a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor!

With a current project portfolio of major schemes being delivered in London on £100m + packages, this organisation have a requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to assist in the commercial close out on two prestigious schemes.  The role of Quantity Surveyor will see you support the project Commercial Manager’s, taking on some key commercial tasks that will include pricing variations.

Required criteria for the chosen Quantity Surveyor:

• Hands on approach
• Structures / RC Frame experience
• Strong eye for detail
• Able to work independently
• Structured career history
