Quantity Surveyor (M&E Building and Rail) - London - S

Due to a number of recently awarded projects, ranging in values up to £5m, along with a steady portfolio of on-going schemes this respected specialist rail and building contractor requires a commercially astute, organised and confident Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  A key element of the role will be to ensure the site team does not incur disallowed costs.  The role will see you work closely with the Contracts and Project Managers, but ultimately reporting into the companies Commercial Manager.

The suitable Quantity Surveyor will have the following background:

• Strong NEC or JCT experience, with a good understanding of M&E
• Ideally have some rail experience
• Structured career history
• Able to mentor a Graduate Quantity Surveyor
