A leading contractor / project management company seeks a Quantity Surveyor to work on one of London’s landmark construction projects. The project will see an existing building refurbishment with new build attachments being connected to it. It will house commercial, retail, leisure and residential with the specification being high-end.

The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor with the following criteria:

• Ideally MRICS, and BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
• £20m + project experience
• Structured career history with an established contractor or PQS
• Ability to work under tight timeframes
