Quantity Surveyor (Major Civils Rail) - London - N

An immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join this major infrastructure project.  This role will see you work under a section Commercial Manager and assist in managing key packages ranging from £5-10m. Key elements of the role will be to source the Change’s in the contract and identify opportunities.

Key experience in working on medium to major infrastructure projects delivered under the NEC contract is required, along with the ability to work within a team environment. 

This would suit a Quantity Surveyor with 5-10 years’ experience and who is looking to move into the world of freelancing.  It’s a long term contract position that can offer outstanding career progression and skill enhancing prospects.
