The suitable Quantity Surveyor will have the following experience:

- Ideally degree or HND level qualification in Quantity Surveying

- Able to work to tight deadlines

- Takes ownership of tasks

- Good analytical and numerical skills

- Previous experience of working from a schedule of rates will be a key element to this role.
