Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks) - Berkshire

One of the South East’s most reputable groundworks specialists is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial function of a new portfolio of work.

Due to the successful completion of several projects this contractor has begun to increase their client base, this increase has given them the opportunity to open a new division. They now require additional resource in the commercial department to oversee that everything is run successfully.

This part time role offers longevity (minimum 12 months) and could result in a temp-to-perm opportunity with full time hours.

Required:

• Full UK driving license
• Experience working for a groundworks subcontractor
• The ability to work under your own direction and control

Desired:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
