Quantity Surveyor (Civils / structures) - East Sussex

Have you got experience in managing projects up to £8m?

Have you got a strong working knowledge of the NEC Contract?

Are you able to work independently?

An established, medium sized civils contractor seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join and close out a £8m flood defence scheme.  The works will comprise of piling, earthworks and concrete structures.

The position will see you work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the contract is completed to the financial targets and timeframes set. 

The work environment is friendly, but progressive, and the position will suit a Surveyor who enjoys working independently and with minimal supervision.
