Quantity Surveyor (Civils / structures) - Surrey

Do you enjoy overseeing your own projects?

Have you got experience in managing projects ranging from £1 – 8m in value?

Have you got a strong working knowledge of the NEC Contract?

An established, medium sized civils contractor requires a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering key contracts in London and the Southern Home Counties.  Based out of the regional office in Surrey, you will be tasked with overseeing a portfolio of 2-3 projects.  The nature of works will range from highways / 278 works, bridges / structures, flood defence contracts and specialist rail contracts.

The role will see you report into the regional Commercial Manager and work closely with the site management teams to ensure the jobs are delivered on time and within the targets set.
