Quantity Surveyor (Civils, Fantastic Opportunity) - London - W

The position will see you initially based on a £20m project consisting of an access road and then associated utilities.  Following this contract there will be opportunities on similar civils projects as well as structure schemes on upcoming rail contracts.

The chosen Quantity Surveyor will report into the Sector Commercial Manager but work closely with the site management teams to ensure work is carried out to a satisfactory standard, on time and within budget.

Day to day commercial tasks will involve:

• Subcontract management and procurement
• Monthly cost / value reports
• Site measurements
• Managing / valuing variations
• Monthly client valuations

Suitable applicants will have a good NEC / JCT contract understanding, with 4 to 5 years relevant experience.
