Quantity Surveyor

Salary:  to £70k + package

Based:  Lincolnshire (DN21)

A key civils contract involving heavy civils requires a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  The contract has around 3 years to run, and will deliver in the region of £30m worth of infrastructure to a major Client, delivered under NEC.

An established civils with an excellent name in the industry.

About the Role:

As the key Quantity Surveyor to the Commercial Lead, you will be tasked with taking full commercial control over packages of work.  You will need the ability to work independently.

About You:

Have 5 years + NEC experience

Have a structured career history

Be able to spot commercial opportunity

Ideally Degree Qualified or Chartered

Have a strong eye for detail

Have good client interfacing skills
