This position is for a Property Surveyor to join a housing association who have been around for almost 2 decades. They aim to deliver large programmes of major improvements to tenant’s homes while providing a high standard housing service.

The ideal Project Surveyor will have experience in the delivery of planned maintenance, cyclical programmes, alteration projects and the identification of future programmes and projects.

The chosen Project Surveyor will be managing a team, delivering the project safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality while reporting in to the Programme Delivery Team Leader.

Successful Project Surveyor will have:

• Fire safety surveys experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Surveyor
• Management and supervision of fire safety upgrade works
• Cyclical works contracts
• Driving licence
