Project Surveyor - Surrey

I am looking for a Planned Works Project Surveyor for a 6 month contract working for a dynamic organisation with a great work ethic who don’t often have vacancies

The duties of the role will include:

• Managing multiple projects including internals and externals such as roofing and window replacement programs
• Managing a contract worth £2m
• Ensuring contractors are performing to the highest level
• Entering and inputting data  

The ideal Project Surveyor would need to have 5 years’ experience of Building Surveying, Clerk of Works or Project Management along with a relevant building qualification and must have access to their own vehicle.
