An award winning, established and highly respected medium size contractor seeks a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to initially take a commercial lead on a complex £1m civils and construction scheme. The project will have a strong M&E element.  Following this project they have 2 other contracts in line ranging from £2-5m that need managing in 2018.

The role will suit a Project Quantity Surveyor with the following background / experience:

• Strong NEC knowledge
• Mixture of civils, rail and building is beneficial
• Enjoys taking autonomy over their projects
• Client facing
• Long term team player
